| At the end of the year everybody gets a little antsy. So when we reach the 1960's and 1970's I teach poetry by talking about and listening to protest songs. My students really like this and start bringing in the lyrics to protest songs they know. VH-1 has a countdown of the "25 Greatest Protest Songs".
